The Final beneficiary of the ZA-GREEN project is the City of Zagreb. On behalf of the City of Zagreb, the ZA-GREEN project is implemented by the City Office for Reconstruction, Development, Physical Planning, Construction and Utility Services, in partnership with the North-West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency (REGEA).
The project is co-financed through the ELENA instrument under the Horizon 2020 programme, by ELENA facility, based on the Contract for financing project development services, contract number: ELENA-2020-175, relating to the implementation of Project Development Services entitled “Zagreb’s Action for Green Reconstruction & Energy Efficiency Nurturing” (ZA-GREEN), which the City of Zagreb signed with the European Investment Bank (EIB).
The ZA-GREEN project has received funding from the European Union’s ELENA facility within the Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Contract number ELENA-2020-175.
ELENA is a joint initiative by the European Investment Bank and the European Commission under InvestEU. ELENA provides technical assistance for energy efficiency and renewable energy investments targeting buildings and innovative urban transport.
